I don't have a ballet barre at home. Can I still do the classes?
Absolutely! You can use a chair back that you can rest your hands on to help support you for the barre exercises.
What clothes do I have to wear for the classes?
If you have a ballet leotard, tights and soft ballet shoes - feel free to wear them. But if you don't, you can wear something comfortable and put on a pair of socks.
